This Week’s ‘Rock Band’ DLC: Talking Heads, Rage Against the Machine, Oasis & More

rock_band_2_calloutAfter the epic week of new releases from 80s rockers Billy Idol and Fleetwood Mac along with icon Tom Petty, Harmonix takes a change of pace with their Rock Band releases and aims for some classics with their Talking Heads Pack 01. With Rock Band 2 already featuring “Psycho Killer”, this pack comes more for the hardcore Talking Heads fan than the casual player. But of the rest being released this week, we are most excited for Rage Against the Machine’s “Guerrilla Radio”.

The following tracks are coming this week to XBox Live on September 1st and the Playstation Network on September 3rd for $2.00 a track (160 points on the Microsoft Store). In addition, all five Talking Heads tracks are available for the discounted price of $8.49 (680 points on the Microsoft Store)
