OK, so maybe not the first time, but this video from the folks at Dogfood Films is pretty hilarious. Already going viral, the video uses the hilariously awkward video of Harrison Ford playing Uncharted 3 in his lofty living room and splices in scenes from the first (and best) three Indiana Jones films.
Sure, we have to believe that Ford has seen all of these films at least a few times, but the reactions he has to some of the timeless scenes, especially the epic cringe that he pulls off while watching Temple of Doom are pretty hilarious.
Dogfood Films have been known for doing a few other film mashups, such as How Jingle All the Way Should Have Been and a few others. It just goes to show that, if you’ve got the time, and you can obtain the footage, there is absolutely no limit to the things that can be drawn out for us to laugh at on YouTube.
Take a look at the video after the jump and check out Dogfood’s channel for more goodies.

Last week we looked at recent “best of” releases celebrating two masters of film music: Hans Zimmer and James Horner. Reflecting on the works of Zimmer and Horner reminded me that I have gone a long time with out appreciating the one composer who can rightfully be called their superior. Of course I am talking about the maestro himself, John Willaims, the single most prolific master composer in the history of cinema.
In honor of the maestro’s concert series at the Hollywood Bowl this weekend and the two new scores coming out this winter I am going to review the last score John Williams wrote for a feature film, Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull. The much maligned sequel to the popular franchise, Kingdom of the Crystal Skull still boasted a brand new, return to 80′s action style score from Williams.
The movie might have failed to live up to the high standards of Spielberg and his franchise, but the Williams brought his A game to the table. The score is right out of the vintage Williams style that influenced an entire generation. If you would have told me the music came from a lost late 80′s adventure film scored by Williams, I would have believed you. The spirit and tone of Williams most iconic era was alive again.

Welcome to another edition of On the Radar where we delve into all corners of the entertainment, tech and geek Internets for news, views and whatnot that may have escaped our regular coverage during the week. Let is know if we missed something interesting.
Let’s get started!
• We finally get the first sounds of Hugo Weaving as the Red Skull in a new teaser for Captain America: The First Avenger. Funny…he sounds a lot like Megatron.
• It looks like the lawsuit against Warner Bros for use of Mike Tyson’s tattoo on Ed Helms in The Hangover Part II may force them to CG the tattoo out of the DVD’s. This seems like a completely reasonable use of that $400 million the film made in the box office.
• Dark animated film 9 director Shane Acker is planning on a big-screen adaptation of Thomas The Tank Engine. Our hope is that Tim Burton also produces this film and Thomas is now a train…from hell!
• Ever want to know what Raiders of the Lost Ark would be like with Tom Selleck and Sean Young? Here you go, but we warn you: the mustache did not help him in the audition.
• Before we ever get the inevitable leaked pilot, we’ve got a whopping 7 second teaser from the failed NBC Wonder Woman series. Who knew you could sum up the entire reason why it failed in 7 seconds?
• In hoping to leave the kids table and join the big boys, Nintendo has teamed with Ubisoft to work on a new raunchy game for the WiiU, titled Killer Freaks from Outer Space. We’re totally sold.

Veteran television and film actor Alfred Molina will be joining Skeet Ulrich in the new Law and Order spinoff based in Los Angeles. Molina can be seen in theaters right now in The Sorcerer’s Apprentice and Prince of Persia: The Sands of Time.
However, fanboys will forever remember him as ill-fated Satipo from Raiders of the Lost Ark (“Throw me the idol, I’ll throw you the whip!) and, of course, as Dr. Octopus from Spider-Man 2.
Molina will be playing Deputy D.A. Morales. Ulrich will be playing Detective Rex Winters. The show is to begin production August 2, and will premiere on television on September 22 on NBC.
This will be Molina’s first regular television role since Bram and Alice in 2002.

Now, before you huge Indiana Jones fans attack and inform me that Raiders of the Lost Ark was actually made in 1981, NOT 1954, hear me out. This is a fan film (hence why it’s posted as a Fan Film Friday) of an essential alternate universe, where the film was actually shot in 1954, with Charlton Heston portraying the iconic Dr. Henry “Indiana” Jones.
Much like the fan film’s predecessor, Ghost Busters (1954), this fake trailer (what the author calls a “pre-make”) takes scenes from the original film, and matches it up with classic adventure scenes, almost making it look like the exact same film, only shot in 1954. The concept is pretty innovative, and the mastermind behind it all even gave us a shot-for-shot comparison of this trailer and the scenes from the original Raiders to give us an idea.
Check out the video after the jump, and for those Marvel Zombies fans, check out the creator’s take on what if the 1960s Marvel cartoons starred the heroes’ zombie counterparts instead.
