At first, NBC’s Grimm didn’t exactly blow us away. The performances were pretty wooden and the stories, while sorta interesting, still left something to be desired. Fortunately, the show has vastly improved over the course of its first season and has become one of our favorite shows.
As its Friday and Grimm is on tonight, we’ve got previews for tonight’s episode to share with you. This episode promises to be a good one as the final confrontation with the Reapers comes to Nick and his friends. Plus, Nick needs to explain Monroe to Juliette and explores his Aunt’s trailer for better tools to defeat the Reapers.
All the action begins tonight at 9/8C on NBC. Click through to check out the previews.

Even though it got off to a somewhat rocky start and maybe some of the acting wasn’t exactly the best, NBC’s Grimm has managed to transformed itself over the course of the season into one very enjoyable show. Apparently, we’re not the only ones who think so as NBC has just given the show a second season.
When it debuted, the show was stuck in what is often a pretty crappy timeslot, Friday nights at 9PM, but even with that and being pre-emoted on several occasions, the show’s ratings actually held steady and then increased. That, and the active fanbase for the show, was enough for NBC to give it the green light on season two.
In case you haven’t watched Grimm, it was created by David Greenwalt, Jim Kouf and Stephen Carpenter. It stars David Giuntoli as a homicide detective who is also a Grimm, as in the fairy tales, who works murders by day and also hunts supernatural monsters and such by night.
In addition to Giuntoli, Grimm stars Russell Hornsby, Bitsie Tulloch, Sasha Roiz and the awesome Silas Weir Mitchell. It airs Friday nights at 9/8C on NBC.
Check it out. You might enjoy it.

If you’ve been paying attention, you probably know today is Friday. Among other things that means previews for some of our favorite shows are ready and we’re going to bring them to you right here.
First up is Chuck which features special guest Rebecca Romijn. Sadly, she probably won’t be naked and sporting blue body paint but heck, she’s still nice to look at. She’s the bad guy in this week’s episode and we’ve got previews to prove it.
Next up is Grimm, a show that started slow but has gotten better over the weeks. In this week’s episode, an unsolved case returns after Nick encounters a mysterious homicide. I’m guessing that can’t be a good thing.
Finally, we’ve got a preview of NBC’s TV version of John Grisham’s novel The Firm. You may remember the movie version from several years ago which starred Tom Cruise but this one is, of course, different.
It features Josh Lucas taking over the role originated by Tom Cruise in the movie as well as Juliette Lewis and, finally getting a starrting role in a series, Callum Keith Rennie of BSG and, more recently, The Killing. Good for him. He deserves it.
Check out all the previews after the break.

That’s right folks it’s Friday again and you know what that means. Well, maybe you don’t Anyway, for us it means, among other things, previews of new NBC shows.
So, to follow that trend we’ve got some stuff for you about Grimm and Chuck, both of which have new episodes tonight. I don’t want to spoil anything for you here so I won’t get into too much detail about the previews or the new episodes.
Suffice it to say they both look pretty great with Grimm really shaping up to be a pretty interesting show and Chuck ending its run this season with some great episodes. It all begins tonight at 8/7C on NBC.
Now click through and watch these previews before they disappear. Actually, we’re just kidding, they won’t.

Even with the news that NBC has decided to bench Community for the mid-season (stupid decision that) we still have some episodes of the show left to enjoy. In fact, there’s one tonight.
We’ve got a preview for it as well as for some of the other shows hitting the network tonight and tomorrow night. On Community, Dean Pelton takes a stab at directing. But in true meta fashion, Abed’s turning the camera on his Greendale pals.
On Parks and Recreation, we’ll be visiting the smallest park in America. They also talk about lasers. What could be wrong with that?
We’ll be leaving Scranton on The Office when Andy takes some of the staff on a field trip. And on Whitney, she and Alex explore the idea of adopting a dog.
Check them all out after the break. Enjoy Community while you can tonight starting at 8/7C on NBC.

For whatever reason, many of our favorite shows discussed at length around The Flickcast water cooler are on NBC. Because of that we often feel compelled to share previews of upcoming shows with you when we get them.
Today is no exception. This time around, in honor of Friday, we’ve got previews for tonight’s all new episodes of Grimm and Chuck.
First up on Chuck, Morgan is going rogue and Chuck needs to bring him down to Earth and back into the fold. Then, on Grimm, the line between good and evil gets blurred when Nick’s job forces to protect an enemy.
All the fun begins at 8/7C with Chuck. Check out all the previews after the break. As a public service, we should also mention that Fringe is all-new tonight too. We also love that show. Set your DVRs!

The show that would not die is back tonight with its season five premiere. I’m talking about, of course, Chuck.
Glad to see it’s getting a final season to end the story right. Chuck isn’t the only one returning tonight, though, he’ll be joined by guest stars Mark Hamill and Craig Kilborn.
Also premiering tonight is NBC’s all-new show Grimm, which looks very interesting. Potentially more interesting than ABC’s rival show Once Upon a Time. I guess we’ll see.
At any rate, we’ve got previews and whatnot for both shows after the break. So, if you’re interested (and you should be) click on through and check them out.
It all starts tonight at 8/7C with Chuck. That is, unless something happens and NBC decides to postpone the premieres due to the World Series. Could happen.

This news is both good and bad. On the one hand we’re thrilled that Chuck will be back for another season starting next Friday. Sadly, that good news is tempered with the realization that this will be the last season of the show.
Putting that aside for a minute, we’ve got a sneak peek at season five for you today. And man, does it look good. But wait, there’s more. . . a lot more.
We’ve also got an extended preview for the new show Grimm, which looks pretty awesome. In it you’ll see what all the fuss is about and meet some of the interesting characters that populate a world where fairy tails are real.
Plus, as an added bonus, we’ve thrown in an interview with one of the stars of Grimm, David Giuntoli, who talks about his character and the show. Check out both videos after the break.
Chuck returns next Friday, October 28, at 8/7C followed by the premiere of Grimm at 9/8C.

We’ve been taking a look several of NBC’s upcoming shows over the last few months. Once of those is called Grimm, which will be having its world-premiere on Saturday at San Diego Comic-Con.
We’ve got a new video for you right here to give a better introduction to the show featuring creators David Greenwalt and Jim Kouf. They give us some pretty good insight into their fairy tale-themed police procedural debuting in October on NBC.
Here’s the official synopsis:
Set in present-day Portland, Oregon, the series puts a new twist on the stories of the Brothers Grimm in which a homicide detective learns that he is a descendant of a group of hunters known as “Grimms,” who fight to keep the balance of humanity safe from the supernatural creatures of the world.
Upon learning of his destiny and that he is the last of his kind, he has to protect every living soul from the sinister storybook characters that have infiltrated the real world.
Check out the video after the jump. Grimm premieres on NBC Friday, October 21st at 9/8C.

Even though Fall may seem pretty far into the future, it will arrive in almost the blink of an eye. To help prepare you for the new Fall TV season, we’ve got some of what will no doubt be many previews of two new shows.
The first one up is Grimm. The stories are real, at least according to this promo. Well, if they’re not real, they still look pretty scary.
Next up is Maria Bello in Prime Suspect. In this promo we meet her character, Jane Timoney, who makes for an interesting dinner date. I don’t care if she is “interesting”, I would still hang out with Maria Bello for a bit. She’s nice to look at.
Grimm will air on Friday night at 9/8C and Prime Suspect will air on Thursday at 10/9C. Check out the previews after the break.
