This week on The Flickcast, Chris and Matt discuss new and recurring topics. Some of these include The Avengers, The Losers, Avatar, Cabin in the Woods, How to Train Your Dragon, cool technology, upcoming releases of A Nightmare on Elm Street and Iron Man 2 and the nature of journalism.
They also make some great picks this week including Matt’s pick of the awesome keyboard dock for the iPad and Chris’ pick of the Blu-ray release of Avatar.

April 29, 2010 at 10:33 amWhoa, whoa, whoa. I never threatened Matt over what he said about the South and Paranormal Activity. I *mocked* him:
**“Don’t underestimate the stupidity of the Bible Belt.” Seriously? Way to generalize an ENTIRE REGION OF THE FREAKING COUNTRY, some of whom subscribe to your podcast. Here’s a generalization based on this week’s episode: New Yorkers are pretentious, hipster douchebags. Sure, they are. Only a pretentious, hipster douchebag would think only they are smart enough to get that a particular movie isn’t real.**
No threats. Just some good old fashioned internet hyperbole. I think it’s funny you guys still talk about that post.
Anyways, as always, love the podcast (when you’re not hating on the South). Keep it up.

April 29, 2010 at 3:29 pmHey, thanks for listening. We don’t hate anyone, really. Just having some fun. . . .Well, Matt really does hate Nick Cage but really, that’s about it. Oh, and I really hate 3D so I guess that’s two things. But really, that’s it.
