Being the somewhat stubborn sort we are, we refuse to call the original Star Wars anything but Star Wars. None of this Episode IV crap. It’s just Star Wars.
However, we realize some people may not share our feelings. Heck, some of you may have not even seen Star Wars. We don’t exactly understand that, but it doesn’t mean we don’t care.
So, in the interest of helping those of you who haven’t seen Star Wars and don’t have a lot of time, we present the Star Wars speedrun, made by the folks at 1A4 Studio. Everything you need to know in 60 seconds.
In a speedrun, the entire movie is condensed into a 60-second animated black and white short that hits all the major plot points. Sure, we prefer you see the entire movie (in it’s pre-Lucas tampered pristine awesomeness), but if you just can’t (or won’t) take the time, this will due.
