First Trailer For ‘Rammbock: Berlin Undead’ Proves That German Zombies Are The Scariest

There’s no denying that zombies are at an all time high on the list of “things that are both awesome and horrifying”. Just in front of sparkly vampires and found footage, everybody wants to be in a zombie scenario. But what happens when those zombies attack one place they’ve never been: Berlin?

That’s where the very first film from Bloody Disgusting (yes, the horror news site–now production company) is setting out to do. Here’s the premise.

Just when Michael arrives in Berlin to visit his ex-girlfriend Gabi, a terrible virus starts spreading across the city at a rapid pace, turning people into mindless homicidal maniacs. Much to Michael’s concern, Gabi’s not home; instead, he meets Harper, a teenage plumber’s apprentice at work in her apartment block. Together, they manage to barricade themselves when raging hordes of infected people swarm the building. Surrounded by these thirsty zombies, Michael and Harper have their hands full to survive – and it will take all of their ingenuity to make their way out to try and find Gabi.

The film is set to hit select AMC theaters across the country on May 4th, and will be available on iTunes on June 28th. Take a look at the trailer after the jump.
