New ‘Game of Thrones’ Trailer Arrives

HBO usually does pretty well with TV series. From Rome to Deadwood to The Sopranos, True Blood, Treme’ and Boardwalk Empire, the pay cable network usually brings the drama and brings it but good. The upcoming series Game of Thrones looks to carry on that tradition.

Game of Thrones, an adaptation of George R.R.Martin’s fantasy series Song of Ice and Fire, is set in a world where magic exists and the empire is on its last legs. It follows the machinations of various kings, lords and soldiers as they fight for control of the throne. The show stars Sean Bean, Peter Dinklage, Nikolaj Coster-Waldau, Lena Headey and Jason Momoa.
