Since Ron Moore’s Battlestar Galactica went off the air a few years ago, there have been plenty of fans with a critical response as to the way the storylines got wrapped up and had a less-than impressive ending.
Now, through the genius of College Humor, they have managed to sum up all 4 seasons of the epic sci-fi series into a simple RPG circa the mid 1990s. With all of the wonderful text-based options to boot.
So if you were a fan of the series, or not so much, you will thoroughly enjoy this video game satire. If only it were real…Take a look after the jump.

You remember the first Back to the Future movie, right? In it, Marty McFly (Michael J. Fox) went back in time to save Doc Brown and fix his parents relationship so he could be born in the future. At the end of the movie it all turned out well for him and his family and things seemed wrapped up neatly — except for that whole thing about his kids at the end.
Of course, you also remember what happened to Biff Tannen, the bad guy bully who made life hell for George McFly and by the end of the film in the present, had been reduced to a humble guy waxing Marty’s truck. Well, it seems the makers of this parody video, found over at College Humor, have other ideas in mind fo Biff.
See if you can spot the difference between how the movie ended and how this video thinks the movie would have ended. We’re pretty sure you won’t have much trouble figuring it out.
Check out the video after the break. And remember kids, time travel isn’t for everyone so please, be careful.

While internet pioneers have yet to find an exact science to viral videos, there seems to be a pretty simple algorithm for highly successful fan films. Basically, spoof a distant classic video game, TV, or film franchise, or spoof something so new, that it’s already top of brain.
What happens, however, if you combined a spoof of a classic video game with a modern film, however? Fan film magic.
We present to you College Humor’s The Fantastic Mr. Starfox, in which Wes Anderson is the focus of satire, and the classic arcade game Starfox is the vehicle of funny.
In it, we get some great references to the classic 1983 Atari game and its following sequels, as well some pretty hilarious realizations about Anderson’s one-note directing style and how laughable the premise of The Fantastic Mr. Fox was, when looked at from a distance.
Check out the fan film after the jump, and hope that this doesn’t spark some studio’s interest in rebooting the Starfox franchise.

NBC’s Thursday night lineup may be some of the funniest comedies on TV today, and that is in no small part due to the outrageous ensemble cast on Parks & Recreation. Sure, people love Amy Poehler and Aziz Ansari, but another performance that stands out beyond many others is the dry one-liners of Aubrey Plaza.
She’s done great things on Scott Pilgrim Vs. The World, Parks & Rec, and seems to have a continuing relationship with College Humor. A few years ago, she worked on a Twilight spoof for the online comedy site, titled Three Wolf Moon. Now she’s back again, this time spoofing Star Wars.
Sure, they avoided a heavy budget and a letter from Lucas Ranch by using knockoff stormtrooper helmets, but that doesn’t mean the skit didn’t capture the true essence of the Imperial prison from A New Hope.
Sadly, you can’t add Plaza to the list of actresses like Olivia Munn and Alessandra Torresani who have donned the epic Slave Leia outfit, but that doesn’t mean she still doesn’t have the hair buns. Check out the skit after the jump.

Though the movie has been out for a week now, we wanted to make sure the majority of you saw Iron Man 2 before we posted anything else that could potentially spoil the movie. And then there’s this video.
For those of you you remember the trailer very well and saw the film, you might recall the scene where Pepper Potts (Gwyneth Paltrow) kisses RDJ’s helmet and throws it off the back of a cargo plane wasn’t actually in the film. We also know how much RDJ and the rest of the cast ad-libbed while shooting.
CollegeHumor put together a great compilation of animated “alternate takes” that also didn’t make it into the film. It isn’t completely out of the question that some of these outtakes were actually shot.
They’re all pretty amusing, especially the potential to see a sequel titled Mask-O. Check out the animated clip after the jump, and you can still catch the rest of the movie (without the scene) in theaters and IMAX everywhere.

With a new moon arriving this past Monday, and a film called New Moon arriving in theaters this Friday, it was only expected that the vengeful internet gods would take this week as time to spoof the film based on Stephanie Meyer’s book.
Saturday Night Live was one of the most recent groups to jump on spoofing the highly popular book/movie series, and now it looks like our pals at College Humor have done the same. What’s one thing that can trump a vampire and a werewolf? Three wolves…and a moon.
For those unaware, there is a phenomenon moving across the country, a phenomenon in which people everywhere think that wearing a shirt with three wolves howling at the moon makes them “cool” or “badass”. This trailer proves that they may have been right all along.
Check out the video after the jump, starring the lovely Aubrey Plaze from NBC’s Parks and Recreation. Enjoy.

There are plenty of decent shows on HBO lately, from southern vampires to man-whores to polygamy, but one show in particular that has tons of potential, but keeps coming up short is the semi-biographical tale of Marky Mark Whalberg, Entourage.
Unfortunately, the show has a great premise, but comes up short when looking at it from the standpoint of character development or plot conflict. Our friends over at College Humor feel the exact same way, and illustrate it in this week’s Fan Film Friday.
For those who are unaware or don’t get the premium channels on their monthly cable bill, Entourage follows actor Vincent Chase and his group of childhood friends from Queens as they constantly fail upwards in Hollywood.
The show ends up becoming more about the supporting cast than the focal character, but I suppose that is explained in the name. Check out the video after the jump, which also stars new SNL cast member Bobby Moynihan and almost Vincent D’Onofrio.
