That’s right. It’s time for a brand new episode of The Flickcast. Get excited. It’s a great day.
On this week’s episode Chris and Joe discuss a bunch of new stuff including more about Game of Thrones, Netflix’s The Defenders, The Punisher, the new Star Trek, revenge as a motive and more. Plus, the usual even more.
No beer selections again this week because the boys are recording in the morning again. And drinking in the morning is, well, probably a bad idea. Probably. Anyway, if you do drink beer (or whatever), try to buy local. It helps and it’s just a nice thing to do.
Picks this week include Chris’ pick of an item that everyone should have: a first aid kit. Joe’s pick this week is a challenge to all to donate to a relief organization like the American Red Cross or the Hurricane Harvey Relief Fund.

Hey there, it’s time for a brand new episode of The Flickcast. It’s a great day.
On this week’s episode Chris and Joe discuss a bunch of new stuff including the new season of Game of Thrones, more on Star Trek: Discovery and more. Plus, the usual even more. And make sure to check out our Producer/Editor Michael Seidl’s award-winning short film The Tortoise and the Eagle. He and his team did a great job.
No beer selections again this week because the boys are recording in the morning again. And drinking in the morning is, well, probably a bad idea. Anyway, if you do drink beer (or whatever), try to buy local. Picks this week include Chris’ pick of the original Star Trek series episode The Doomsday Machine and Joe’s pick of the game West of Loathing.

It’s Friday again and if you’re not out trying to score a new big screen TV or some other deal fro Black Friday, we’ve got something for you: a new episode of The Flickcast! The best part? It’s absolutely free and you don’t have to wait in line or get into a fistfight just to hear it. You’re welcome.
On this week’s show Chris and Joe spend quite a bit of time discussing the new Jessica Jones series on Netflix. They also cover the upcoming Lost in Space reboot (also on Netflix), DC’s Legends of Tomorrow (coming soon to the CW), the current status of Glenn on The Walking Dead and Jon Snow on Game of Thrones, Supergirl, Misery on Broadway and a whole lot more.
Picks this week are unanimous in that both of your hosts picked Jessica Jones. Not a surprise, however, ’cause it’s a really good show. You should check it out.

Just when you thought this was going to be a normal, boring Friday comes this bit of awesome. That’s right folks, the first “official” Game of Thrones season 5 trailer is here!
It’s got everything you could hope for: action, drama, suspense, fights, boobs, dragons, romance and whole lot more. Looks like this upcoming season is gonna be pretty damn cool.
Check out the trailer after the break. We’ve given you two ways to watch. A YouTube version and the version posted to the official Game of Thrones Facebook page. You’re welcome.
Look for Game of Thrones to return to HBO for its fifth season on April 12.
