That’s right, it’s time for a brand new episode of The Flickcast.
Still making ’em as fast as we can. Thanks again for your patience.
On this week’s episode Chris and Joe discuss Suicide Squad, the latest episode of Mr. Robot, movies, TV and probably complain a bit. Plus, the usual more.
No beer for Chris this week (he’s on meds) but Joe’s “beer” pick is the Root Sellers Hard Root Beer. Picks this week include Chris’ pick of the movie Hell or High Water and Joe’s pick of the new Amazon pilot Jean-Claude Van Johnson.

What’s this? Another new episode of The Flickcast for your listening pleasure? That’s right.
On this week’s episode, Chris and Joe take it to another level and really seem angry about a lot of stuff, which isn’t like them. Still, anger leads to the Dark Side, so we should probably keep an eye on them. In the meantime, some of these anger-provoking topics include Jared Leto’s joker, Frank Miller’s new Batman, what kind of a girl Black Widow is and a whole lot more.
Picks this week include Chris’ pick of the movie Ex Machina, written and directed by Alex Garland, and Joe’s pick of the new album by Big Wreck called “Ghosts.”

It’s an all-new episode of The Flickcast for your listening pleasure. Seven new ones in a row. It really, really must be some kind of record.
On this week’s episode Chris and Joe discuss a bunch of new and recurring topics. What are these new and recurring topics you may ask? Well, we could tell you, but where’s the fun in that? You can probably guess what one of them is, at least, if you look really closely at the above photo.
Don’t worry if you don’t know what’s happening in advance. It’s ok. Rest assured, this episode is a good one.
Picks this week include Chris’ pick of director David Ayer’s End of Watch and Joe’s pick of renowned comic book writer Dan Slott. We’ve even got a special guest pick for you too.

Arnold is back again and this time it’s personal. Well, really, isn’t it pretty much always? Even when he’s a cyborg assassin from the future, it still ends up being personal. “Come with me if you want to live” and all that.
Anyway, his next action extravaganza is called Sabotage and there’s a new Redband trailer for it out now. Gotta say, this looks pretty darn good.
In the movie Arnold “leads an elite DEA task force that takes on the world’s deadliest drug cartels. When the team successfully executes a high-stakes raid on a cartel safe house, they think their work is done – until, one-by-one, the team members mysteriously start to be eliminated. As the body count rises, everyone is a suspect.”
We hate when that happens. Don’t you?
Check out the trailer after the break. Sabotage, which in addition to Arnold stars Sam Worthington, Terrence Howard, Joe Manganiello and Josh Holloway, hits theaters on March 28.

The somewhat annoying “shakey cam” used throughout the Open Road Films release End of Watch can’t completely kill our interest in this R-rated thriller. Writer-director David Ayer brings us a tale of two L.A. cops, played by Jake Gyllenhaal and Michael Pena, as they go about their day.
Like it or not, he does it from the perspective of various hand-held, dashboard and security cameras. Not sure we’re in love with that. Oh well.
There’s redband trailer for the movie out today and ww’ve got it for you after the break because, well, it’s a redband trailer. The movie also stars Anna Kendrick, Frank Grillo, Cody Horn and America Ferrera.
It opens on September 21st.
